About Us

In the Beginning:

LOUVIN Investments LLC, was launched in the year 2013. We are investors that enjoy seeking specific types of real estate properties to invest in to accumulate generational wealth in real properties. Properties like 5-unit multi-family properties, single family homes, tax liens, tax deeds, foreclosure properties.

In addition, we collaborate with homeowners that may be in the unfortunate circumstances of being foreclosed on often due to no fault of their own. We try to create exit strategies that would leave the homeowner in a better financial position then if foreclosed on by their mortgage lenders.

LOUVIN Investments LLC, is not just a local investment company, we invest nationally exploring opportunities in those specific areas listed before regarding real property.

The Growing Years:

Since LOUVIN’s inception we knew we would grow from our home office to a suite in an office building. Baby steps are okay when you have a long-term plan, home office, office suite, and to one day own our building with tenants. Our current location in Waldorf, MD, gives LOUVIN an opportunity to gain experience with a growing city in a growing area within Charles County Maryland.

Where we are going:

Our vision is to become one of the BEST real estate investment companies, using the BEST PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES in Real Estate via our well-established formal education, training, competence, experience, professionalism, and unique team members all of whom are investors. We are in business to grow in the real estate industry as serious investors. But we aim to be a beacon for those homeowners that may have trouble holding on to their property due to those sometimes-unfortunate circumstances we know as LIFE. Given the opportunity to review different scenarios with a homeowner, given enough time, we may be able to help resolve their real estate problem without their going to foreclosure.
